The idea for this project came from a dream where I found myself inside "La Castañeda", an old mental hospital in Mexico City. I started to do research at the Health Secretariat's Historical Archive and then read testimonials from the doctors, nurses and staff that worked there. With all the information I could gather, I managed to recreate spacial structures of both of the actual building and the archive, creating pieces of sound art, drawings and models in order to showcase different perspectives of the same historical fact: the destruction of the hospital.
